Different generations, shared perspective.

Our Team

After more than 40 years in Corporate Travel Management, leading large operational teams and building innovative processes, Jenn became known not only for thinking outside the box, but for the care she brought to the people she worked with.

In 2004, she stepped away from her corporate career to own a retail store - an experience that allowed her creativity to fully emerge. Life eventually brought her back to the corporate world, where she spent another 16 years, quietly feeling the pull toward something more meaningful. In late 2024, Jenn chose to retire and create space to reflect on what her next chapter could be.

Through her life experiences, Jenn found herself drawn to helping people navigate their belongings with care, intention, and compassion. The opportunities and insights that have come her way since have felt less like coincidence - and more like a calling.

Through The Aloe Approach, she brings together her operational expertise, creativity, and genuine care for others to support people through life’s transitions.

In her free time, Jenn enjoys getting lost in a good book, gardening and spending time on the water - whether fishing or paddleboarding.

Erin has always been drawn to moments that invite both adventure and reflection - whether that’s sailing open water, spending time with horses, dancing (most often salsa), wandering cobblestone streets, or diving into a crafty DIY project.

Over the past decade, she has lived and launched businesses internationally, creating experiences rooted in connection and social impact.

That same curiosity now guides her work in the end-of-life space, where she is exploring how people can create more meaningful conversations around what they carry, what they leave behind, and how they prepare.

Even as a child, Yvonne was organized and efficient.  No surprise that these tendencies led her to a career as a paralegal and contract negotiator.  As her parents aged and her husbands’ parents aged, she naturally fell into the role of caregiver and end of life administrator.

Having acted as an executor and estate trustee using the skills from her professional life, Yvonne organizes and simplifies even the most complex tasks.  She says that loss comes with a lot of paperwork and she can help you navigate this complex process with compassion and efficiency.
